Summary:
As the Director of Nursing at The Alice Center, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of nursing services.
Your role includes overseeing fiscal responsibility, personnel management, reporting, and quality improvement activities.
You will play a critical part in ensuring the delivery of exceptional nursing care, preparing and supporting nursing staff, adhering to union contracts, and upholding regulations and requirements set forth by The New York State Department of Health and CMS.
You'll do all this while being part of a close-knit community that values collaboration, growth, and mutual support.
Education/
Experience:
Registered Nurse with a NYS license.
A Baccalaureate Degree is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a nursing home setting.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to perform effectively in stressful situations.

Provide visionary leadership in nursing services.
Oversee fiscal responsibility and HR management.
Drive quality improvement initiatives.
Champion the delivery of high-quality nursing care.
Prepare and support nursing staff for success.
